A unique way to integrate body, mind, and spirit through opening to the wisdom of your body.” A mixed-level yoga class, open to both beginners and more experienced students. In Kripalu Yoga, we use physical postures, breathing techniques, and deep relaxation to cultivate the many benefits yoga - including strength, flexibility, calm, and overall well-being.
